Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Certain custom and personal care items (e.g., butt plugs, nipple clamps, and all personalized or custom sex toys) are non-returnable and non-refundable. We also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, gift cards, or perishable goods. If you have questions about a specific item, feel free to contact us.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Email lizzyfirefly666@gmail.com to start a return request. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Shipping: Returns must be sent to Vancouver, BC, Canada. If accepted, we’ll provide a return label and instructions for sending your package.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to get what you need is to return the item (if eligible) and make a new purchase for the desired item once the return is accepted.

Refunds:
